As the previous reviewer noted, this shirt runs a little large (but not too large). I sometimes wear a medium shirt and sometimes wear a large; this medium fits me a little loosely, but not too loosely. It's a good fit for working out.

The fabric is a little heavier than some other moisture wicking shirts I've purchased; I think Adidas typically uses a little bit thicker material for their shirts compared with Reebok (typically quite thin), or Russell or Nike (average). The light blue is a nice color, too, and as of this writing is the most discounted color of this shirt in size medium.

If you like reading about guns and like hunting you can't beat this author for entertaining writing. How to shoot accurately is not that hard a subject. The things that you need to do are fairly straightforward. So a little side story about how archers who poached were spared from hanging to fight for the King with spectacular results are the kind of thing that make a winter's evening reading a delight. I recommend this book and anything else by this author.

This is the third book I've read recently, but the first by this author. I was really impressed by his attention to detail in the fundamentals of grip, stance, balance and trigger control (special focus on taking up the slack). His arguments for using the isosceles caused me to change my stance. Overall, this additiion to my library resulted in faster shooting,improved accuracy and a better feel to calling the shot. I thought Andy Stanford communicated his thoughts and suggestions in an exceptional manner.

the glasses adjust in length for different sizes. the tint is a good color for targeting. the earmuffs are good quality and reduce the noise a whole ton. cant say much about the earplugs except they come in an easy to pack plastic case but they are standard classic ear plugs. worth the money at that price. i recommend.
