 Secrets from the Plane Truth - Vault #1 $29.95 I only watched the one-plane portions of this DVD, but thought it did a very good job of explaining gaps in the Plane Truth DVD set related to how the downswing must work. The one-plane swing involves a principal throwing motion with the right arm, so these are important details.  Dub from the Secret Vaults $12.98 This is intricate, contemporary, yet old school flavoured dub brilliance. I have only recently fallen in love with Dub after purchasing Lee Perry's 'Dub Trip-tych' (three albums of early to mid seventies, raw, wonderful dub) and after hearing that assumed I'd be something of a purist; only really digging the oldest, rawest dub sounds. This is my first exception. I even dig the two eighties tracks that have a very eighties drum sound- something not always congruous with classic dub. You can hear the artist's reverance for the dub tradition strongly throughout this compilation. Nice and heavy and trippy!  Southwest Speciality Products 51003C Dr Pepper Can Safe $19.99 It was cheap, good shipping time and arrived undamaged. it is mostly realistic the weight look ect., except the top where the tab is is a little off, but I suppose this is because they had to fix it so that it could not open like a normal can of dr pepper. Other than the slight difference on the top the can is just like a real can and can easily deceive people. |
