These were a part of my first venture at shucking and cooking oysters. I had the opportunity to share with my 9 year old grandson and he picked up on the shucking fast. It was a great experience! The oysters were great and there were plenty of them. Now I can enjoy Uncle Bubba's chargrilled oysters and save the 6 hour drive to Savannah. (The recipe is on his website and Food Network's website.)
I'm ready to order my second shipment. The only questions I have is how do I properly store them when they get here and how long will they last, if properly stored?

Theres actually 2 great songs on here ( People are underestimated and What may be the oldest) but those songs are hardly original. The rest of the album is completely forgettable but much easier to listen to than an Avril Lavigne CD. I see its selling for dirt cheap here so maybe its worth it if you like to amass cd's but I like to keep my collection tight so I often contemplate selling this for being mediocre.
