![]() Scream (Dimension Collector's Series) $14.99 Let me say at the beginning of this review that I love this movie. As far as the movie go's this is a classic horror movie but the version that the Disney corporation has put out an ok DVD that badly needs to redone. I'll list the reason's which I have problem are listed here: this film is not enhanced for 16:9 TV's, it's not the 20 second longer director's cut with extra gore (which has only been released on laserdisc in the US and Canada) and have a second disc of extra's like the other major studios have done. So, Disney please give the fan's what they really want for once. ![]() Night Screams 50 Movie Pack $29.98 Most of these movies are old 1930's/'40's/'50's "B" movies. If you like poverty row stuff, you'll probably enjoy most of this box set. Otherwise, try the original 50 Horror Classics box. Also, there are three graphically violent movies from the 1970s and 1980s on the 4th disc,so watch out-they're pretty gross. ![]() Scream $13.98 Chris Cornell is undisputably one of the best male voices in Rock of all time. Unfortunately even he can not save the sterile, crappy, plastic, genre that is Pop. Cornell proves that he is versatile enough to sing within this genre and fit in, however it is not a place where he can truly shine; The music, rather, diminishes him. There is no substitute for the warmth of acoustic drums, electric bass and guitars, acoustic guitars, and other instruments played by HUMAN BEINGS. Loops, programs, and cliche pop mixing techniques are a lame match in the wind compared to the bonfire that Cornell is capable of, whether solo, with Sound Garden, or Audio-Slave. Chris, I appreciate your statement. You have now been there and done that. Please return home. :) We miss you. |
