These are real people with moral character who show, by their everyday lives, that we can be champions also. I loved this book. Reading it made me a better person, wife, friend, and athlete. It challenged and inspired me. After reading it I accomplished the goal of a triathlon and I am 56 years old. Thank you Josh Davis for believing in yourself and allowing others to do the same.
