![]() Rules of Engagement - The Complete First Season $29.95 Good Evening People, I love this show, and would give it a 5 on the Laugh Meter, but pricing the first Season at $20+ Dollars, (And $13+ Used), for a whole Seven Episodes, really has me questioning the sanity of some people. Get real, this is a 1/2 hour show, and "Season One", is all on one stinking disk. My rule of thumb for any T.V. series is a Maximum price of 5 Dollars per disk. If the dealers want more then that for any T.V. Series, then they can just keep them with my blessings. Just remember dealers, if you can't sell your products, you might find out you have to eat them, (And They Don't Taste Good On Corn Flakes)! "Ciao Bella People", Sci-Flyer ![]() The Rules of Engagement $14.99 This handbook is a 'must' for those who seek to receive deliverance from evil forces in the world. One is given the steps to releasing the power to fight evil. The prayers are well-versed. I would only recommend this book to mature Christians who have made their peace with the Lord. ![]() The Rules of Engagement: The Art of Strategic Prayer And Spiritual Warfare $9.99 Before I purchased the book I was amazed by the overwhelming positive feed back, therefore I decided to see if this book would be what I expected. I first want to point out that this book does make one feel empowered as you read the words on the page! As I read through the prayer (silently) I noticed some things that didn't seem right. When Dr. Trimm prayed certain declarations against her/our persecutors slanderers and the like, I knew I couldn't say those things. It seemed like casting spells on people or some form of witchcraft. Forgive me if I'm wrong but Jesus said Matt. 5:11- "Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my name's sake." As you read the next verse it tells you to rejoice because your reward is great in heaven for being persecuted. Maybe it's just me, but the witness inside of me is uneasy about praying prayers for people's destruction. Vengeance is the Lord's He will handle my enemies. I will pray that God rids me of my enemies but I won't pray that nooses are hung or that they fall in the pit they dug for me. Because if God doesn't want me to go through something, then He will keep me from it. Our battle is not with flesh or blood, but with spiritual wickedness in high places. We must remember "Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord will deliver him out of them all." If you are experiencing difficulty or trials, maybe God is allowing it for a purpose. I know in my life certain situations have taught me valuable lessons I may not have learned otherwise. For instance, if you can afford a toyota and you purchase a BMW, now you're in debt "up to your eyeballs" the creditor is calling because of late/missed payments. Do you grab Rules of Engagement and get to praying against your creditor? No, you pay your bills and stop trying to live a lifestyle beyond your means. Some things are just common sense! The Laodicean church needs to wake up anyway. Jesus said, "Hardly will a rich man enter the kingdom of heaven." That's a whole topic by itself, anyhow, what I have learned from this book and the other 8 volumes I've heard are out there, is that people know how to make their money and are succeeding in making merchandise of the sheep, just like Apostle Paul said. So sad. ![]() Rules of Engagement $9.98 A contemplative movie in which many questions are asked: Is Yemen a training ground for terrorists? Is Colonel Terry Childers a blood-thirsty murderer?! Or is he a hero defending his soldiers, and complying with the rules of engagement? What are the rules of engagement? An intriguing story, magnificently performed by a wonderful cast namely; Tommy Lee Jones and Guy Pearce but leaves many unanswered questions about what is just and who decides what is just. If rules of engagement were obeyed, which assumes we can define rules of engagement that don't tolerate double standards, many war crimes would've never happened. Sadly enough, we are living in a crazy world of double standards and self appointed superior nations that one should doubt the existence of rules of engagements nowadays. |
