We thought this would be an easy way to get the sunday paper so we downloaded the Richmond Times and got nothing but a charge for 50 cents and have no way as far as I can see to get it back. We love the book downloads but this was very disappointing. I only gave one star because is had to have a star rating.

I was introduced to Richmond Fontaine by a friend and have so far only listened to Post to Wire, The Fitzgerald and some of 13 Cities. I thoroughly enjoyed all of those, however this one is something special. Although similar in its storytelling style, this CD stretches the boundaries a little further, musically. There are some lovely trumpet lines on track 4 which is a stand-out. The piano is also used to great effect at various times. I love listening to Willy Vlautin's character driven vignettes and his singing-speaking style suits his subject matter perfectly. I was immediately drawn in to the worlds he creates and found the journey thoroughly rewarding by the end. I have heard some wonderful music in this vein over the last 12 months; The Felice Brothers, Magnolia Electric Company, The Jayhawks, The Drive-By Truckers and The Silver Jews to name a few, but this one shades them all for mine. Loved every minute of it, and cant wait for the next one.

I like this DVD because it is split into three sections. The first is a warmup followed by a main session and finishing with a cool down. This format allows individuals to use the warmup and cool down before and after a run, or the individual can do the entire session as a crosstraining workout.

The program also gives several variations for the same move, which allows beginners and advanced students to enjoy this program. It also targets areas of the body that are of particular interest to runners. Nice program!
