This book has cleared up allot of things I wish I knew years ago. It is concise and to the point. The index is organized well and makes it easy to find relevant information quickly. If you have ever tried to fix a complicated problem while 10 people are waiting for you to get done, you will appreciate this. Chopped full of useful information, a valuable reference for when something goes wrong and the normal rules of the game don't apply anymore. After the product would not register with an "Invald code" error, I requested support. I received an automated response that day (11/14) and have not heard from them since. 2. 100% money back gaurentee. After a week of no response to my technical issue, I requested my money back due to 100% DISSATISFACTION. Haven't heard from them about that either. I plan to contest the charges to my credit card and file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals office. Bottom line. Save you money. This is no longer even one of the top 5 rated registry cleaners. |
