 Fisher-Price Fun-2-Learn 2-In-1 Learning Cash Register $29.99 I reviewed all the register's on Amazon, and chose this one. My son was disappointed because there is not a red light to scan things, like his friend's. Also, the microphone is there for looks. It does not magnify the voice. I appreciate it for educational reasons, but I wish it was more like the real thing......so it could serve both purposes. I believe that there are too many things going on with this register for a child to really enjoy it. This is more frustrating than fun for a 3 year old.  Pretend and Play Calculator Cash Register $39.99 This product rates high with me. It has been one of the kids' favorite toys. We've had it since my daughter was 3, and she's now 5. Her 2 year sister is now getting into it too. It has fun sounds, credit card slot, receipt pad and large drawer to hold money. We've never had a problem with is durability - its been great quality.  Model 51 Wall Register Air Deflector $12.74 I ordered two of these deflectors to replace others I had bought which proved to be too small, not deflecting enough air. I was very pleased at how much of my vent these covered (almost all of it) and how easy it was to install them. I used the magnets included rather than the screw mounts, and they worked well and made the job easy. I have not turned on my air conditioning for the season, so they have not been tested yet in "live" conditions, but so far I am very happy with them. |
