Tired of lack of energy, or down in the dumps? I always wanted to start working out but always found a reason not to. Finally I mentally prepared myself that I would start and stick to it. After the first run through, I seriously thought I might die and told my son he may need to call 911 before the workout was over. I stuck to it and the next 2 days I felt like I had been hit by a truck. But I had the patience I promised myself. Today I have done the workout 4 times and wow, I can't believe the strength I have already built and I am no longer cursing under my breath at Susan Harris because she really does do a nice job. I know I will see results in 10 workouts, and I already feel so much better. Try it, you'll see.

I was introduced to Ms Rae's music by the movie "Venus". I thought my daughter would like it and bought it for her. Unfortunately, my daughter already had this CD. Or maybe fortunately, because I'm getting to like it myself. She has an interesting voice and the arrangements are likewise interesting.

I Purchased the "Metra 44-EC12 12-Feet Antenna Extension Cable" and when it arrived it was only 12 inches instead of 12 feet. When I questioned the vendor, he told me it was clearly marked as 12 inches. I have asked for a refund including shipping and return shipping, but to date, this vendor has not refunded my money. I guess it is not worth going legal over about $12 so I will not pursue this futher. However $12 is also not worth ruining the reputation of your company so I don't undestand the motif of this vendor. Bottom line... Buyer Beware!
