This device had a lot of codes for a lot of games on it. One problem: it was designed for international use, so most of the codes on the device are not for US use. I own Ruby, Emerald, and Fire Red. It has a lot of codes for Ruby and Sapphire, so buy this right away if you have either. It has a decent number of codes for Fire Red, but the instructions are unclear on how to encounter Pokemon that you want to get. It has an okay amount of codes for Emerald. I bought this because I wanted to use warp codes to warp myself to the Islands where legendary Pokemon reside, but those codes are only available for the UK versions of the games. I am contemplating trying to use a UK code. Also, there is no way to add new codes onto it. In short, it is a nice system to add new spice to your old games, but you will get more use out of it with some games than others.

My son really enjoyed it. I think it made him win the game sooner than he may have on his own. That could be expensive if they go through games to quickly.

I got this basically to see if there were any hints for Animal Crossing Wild World. NO it is just basic stuff you know if you play the game. I don't play any of the other games but it doesn't appear to be a book of secrets.

You can get better clues on the web for free. Don't waste your money on this. I bought it used so glad I didn't pay much.
