I got one of these as an extra when I purchased a Cruisinart food processor. I soon found myself using the Pizza pan much more frequently than the food processor. I make my own dough using a recipe I found on [...]. I usually scale the ingrediants back to make only 8 slices and roll it out on the counter before laying onto the pan. It makes perfect crisp crusts every time and is really easy to clean. I just bought a second one to give to my mother-in-law who fell in love with my pizza several weeks ago when she joined us for dinner.

I had seen people on cooking shows use a slicer like this and thought it was a neat design, so I started looking for one. I found it here on Amazon. I love it because of the way it's designed you don't end up pushing your toppings off trying to cut the pizza. It comes apart for easy cleaning. Highly recommend!

I was very excited when I received this book. I saw this on the cooking channel and Tony the world champ in making pizzas how could a person go wrong. I made the lasagna pizza with his sauce and dough. I did add a few extra ingredients. Placed saute onions in the pizza sauce and processed fine in my food processor. Added frozen spinach that I squeezed out the extra water then chopped. Finally fresh mushrooms thinly sliced. End result this is the best pizza I have ever made and it made two large pizzas. My husband loved it and I had so much I took it to the girls at work which was a big hit. Thanks Tony for the awesome book. P.S. My husbands company made the box that it came in and I must say packaging was top notch.

I bought my Sassafras Pizza on July 25th and treated it with food-safe mineral oil after each use. Now it has split down the middle, rendering it unusable! I cannot find a contact for problems like this on Amazon. Since I used this item quite often, I am very unhappy. A word to the wise: DO NOT BUY THE SASSAFRAS PIZZA PEEL.
