The first time I used it was for hamburgers, which turned out great. Cleaning the skillet was a bit of a challenge, but not impossible. I followed instructions and scrubbed and it all came off. The second time we cooked salmon, and it turned out very well. What's more, the skillet was much easier to clean that time. It looked like it would be a challenge again, but surprisingly, all the little bits and chunks came off with the scrub brush. I think this will become one of our favorite pans, particularly in winter when we can't grill outside.

Thought this would be a really great idea for birthdays and such but was competely wrong! It comes with no instructions on how much to fill each side or how long to bake for. I have tried at least 4 times and had to throw the whole thing away after each attempt. Not worth it until they give more specific directions.
