This unit arrived dead. There is no contact phone number for this company, none, you can only contact service through an e-mail. The reply you get is a generic one, they don't actually read any of the info you send them about the defective product, which wastes time when they ask you questions that you already told them in the primary e-mail, so then your 14 days to return the item is up. They are not concerned about resolving the issue. Oh, and that 14 days starts the day you ORDER it, not the day you receive it. No refund or replacement so far. It's been a month. Don't buy from this company!!!

My daughters had no interest in this toy. A couple of times I saw my youngest use the rings for bracelets otherwise it didn't get played with. It was a waste of money and I would not buy this again for another child.
