I have not ordered this online, since personally it's cheaper at my local grocery store. But I absolutely love this multivitamin! It's the first one that I've actually been able to get myself to take daily. They taste like candy, and you can't really taste any vitamin-y aftertaste at all with the sour powder that's on them. My stomach usually gets really upset when I take most multi-vitamins, but I have never had that problem with this one. I guess the only down side is that you have to take 2 gummies to equal one adult multivitamin, so the bottle really doesn't last very long at all. I hope they start making bigger count bottles (but I guess it's nice that they are selling it here in a 4 pack).

I started taking one a day for women about a week ago and I already see the benefits from it. I take mine right before bedtime and I haven't had any kind of sickness from it. I have taken it twice in the morning on an empty stomach and i got a small stomach ache (as you would with any medication on an empty tummy) but I ate a pop tart and some tea and it was gone. I've already noticed that my hair has stopped shedding as much, its much stronger, less dull (i have african american relaxed hair). My nails have become stronger as well and they've grown quite a bit for 5 days, I have been struggling with peeling and chipping nails for two months now. One of the greatest benefits I've seen is that I'm eating less, I'm not as hungry as I have been. Combined with me going to the gym, I've seen some weight loss.

Overall I think its a good product, the pill is large but thats fine. My boyfriend and his father have also had great success with the men's/senior version as well.
