I've tried many products in my life in order to stop chewing on my nails and cuticles. Control-It (Omega 3) is by far the best. It immediately healed all the things that made me want to bite in the first place, such as rough parts around my cuticles, hang nails and little jagged pieces. Additionally, this stuff tastes terrible. The only problem I found was eating finger food, I would have to wash it off of my fingers so the taste wouldn't get in my mouth. It is pricey but in my opinion, well worth it!
