The glory of this "edutainment" title was suddenly thorn down by Shari's death within a couple of years after it was released. I acquired the CD in a department store in 1998, extremely cheap before I even knew she had died.

The CD for Mac and Windows, has all the wonderful features that children-educational titles brought back then. Truly and sadly, they don't make them like this anymore. My children had a lot of fun with this program and even I learned things from instruments and music; that I never knew before! The story is entertaining, the environment is inviting, and I recommend this title for anyone with a child over two years old. When that young, you should be there and enjoy the program too! I believe a three year old child should be able to handle it with minor supervision.

Other than the limitations you can face by your computer interface I'd say there is really nothing that should keep you from getting a copy. I am playing this game with Classic on my OSX Mac and it plays great.
