Michael Buble comes across as a superior Karaoke singer and nothing more. He sings the notes reasonably well in tune and does a fairly soulless impersonation of a Rat-Pack "wannabe". His looks appeal to women, particularly grannies, and he comes across as "squeaky clean" and innoffensive. These are his good points.
However, he sings with little or no discernible emotions and he seems to have forgotten to read the words of the songs he sings before singing them in order to develop some sort of interpretation of the songs he sings. He essentially sings happy songs and sad songs in precisely the same soulless schmaltzy "Las Vegas" style. "Cry Me A River" and "Heartache Tonight" are two examples of how Buble doesn't seem to know what the songs are about and how he is more interested in filling up his albums with familiar, unchallenging and inoffensive repertoire.

The album is entitled "Crazy Love", however if you're expecting a collection of highly emotive songs delived in a wildy passionate and unbridled way, then look elsewhere. As someone recently said to me, "Michael Buble is so 'middle-of-the-road" it is a wonder no one has painted a white line down the middle of him!"

This is one of my most favorite Christmas CD's of all time!! I love Josh Groban and I love this CD!! His voice is beyond amazing!!

I absolutely love Andrea Bocelli & bought this cd based on that admiration, I'm sorry to say I was so very disappointed. I feel cheated, I expected so much more out of him. This cd was not his style and it showed. I will probably never listen to it again or resell it.
