![]() The Very Best of Montrose $7.98 If you like cool guitar riffs, an awesome rhythm section and great vocals this album is for you. The first five tracks have tunes that will be stuck in your head for days (which is a good thing)! The rest of the compilation is okay, but bear in mind that Sammy Hagar is only featured on about the first eight tracks. It's still worth the money, though. Probably the best band you've never heard of. ![]() Montrose $11.98 Personally, I didn't get into too much Ronnie Montrose except for this. This is the best record by him and the place to start for Montrose. The sound is a little primitive but whatever, it makes the record stand out from anything else. After Chuck Berry, this record is the best example of what rock n roll is all about. And not a clunker on the record. FYI-bass player Bill Church would wind up in Sammy's band and drummer Denny Carmassi went on to join Heart. ![]() Montrose $7.92 Personally, I didn't get into too much Ronnie Montrose except for this.
