The manual included could use more information, but you can go online and get the information if needed. Also the support is excellent. A couple of things to consider are: If you want to watch HD, the upload interned speed must be at least 2mb. This is where the Slingbox is located. If you need support, just call the support team, they can check your connections at both locations and are great help. Overall, I rate this entire system as excellent. If you want to watch your favorite sports or local news while away. Go for it.  Caillou - Birthday Party $19.99 A good game for any Caillou fan. From the opening theme music, the child is brought into a game with all of the favorite TV show characters. Very age appropriate for our 3 year old granddaughter.
