I think it is fantastic. I cook toast in it on High, then reduce it to Low and cook scrambled eggs in it after the toast is done. In the evenings I cook chicken breasts or hamburgers on Low and they are done in 10 minutes. It is especially good for the single, unattached community. It would do very well for two people also.
