 Treat Your Own Neck 4th Ed $10.00 Didn't find this book of much help. Was recommended by my dentist as he has neck and back problems also. Information in this book is not much different than I've been given by my physical therapist. All but one I have already been doing. Might help someone who has not had therapy and wants to know what to do for neck problems.  The Original McKenzie Super Roll Lumbar Roll $20.50 Coming from a healthcare background this lumber roll is a perfect fit for many backs. I helps to maintain the normal curvurture of the spine. It's convenient removable strap will allow you to take it anywhere. I would recommend this for most healthy backs regardless or having a back problem. I use it as a preventive measure to avoid bad body mechanics which usually predisposes people to having back problems. Excellent investment!!! I purchased on the great reviews it got but have been disappointed using it in the chair or car. Very detailed and has all the information for the thoracic & lumbar spine with good pics. Also very good reference for reviewing |
