Trying to purchase this product on amazon.com was my very first on-line purchase. It turned out to be my last. I purchased an Atlanta Falcons football jersey for my boyfriend on November 29 and never received it to my home. Only one attempt was made to deliver my purchase and after tracking it on-line for a complete month and several emails later, amazon.com instructed me to purchase a second football jersey to replace the first one and they would credit my account when they received the original order back to the facility. I refused to do this. On December 22 my package returned to amazon.com. I found this out by tracking it on-line. I sent amazon.com a final email stating that I knew they had recived my package. Finally, a week later on December they remembered to send me an email notifing me that they had recieved my package and credited my account. They waited a complete week to let me know the status of my account and only after I reminded them that I already knew where my purchase was. I will never order from amazon.com again. I have always heard good things about the online company but I have not been impressed with their customer service at addressing my issues. My order was intended to be a Christmas present. I assumed that by ordering a month before Christmas would ensure that I would receive my order well before Christmas. I thought wrong.
