About what concerns people when they die and why they stay (as varied as there are ghosts), what they want their relatives to know (whodunit), and what their relatives want to know (where's the silver, do they like their funeral plans/clothes). It's fascinating to think most folks stay around to attend their own funeral, and really sad to think people prefer to hang on to their possessions instead of going into the Light after their burial. It was also interesting to see how some of her stories became Ghost Whisperer episodes (made the episode where the mother wouldn't let her dead 4-year old son go even more tragic). I couldn't put it down. |
