Sadly, this Cardio Dance Instruction is not for beginners. I have some dance experience yet, everyone needs some direction and instruction with new steps or routines. There are basically no instructions for the moves here and they progress so rapidly that even in slow-mo it's pretty difficult to follow these dancers and get the routines down without a lot of rewinding. They really missed an opportunity here to "do it right" and inspire. Would not recommend this DVD as it's too disappointing.

Love dancing with the stars, and i enjoy the idea of the dancing videos. But I am also wondering when the seasons will be released on dvd!? Particularly season 5 is what Im looking for. I hope they bring them out!!

I found this to be my favorite of the current three "DWTS" DVDs I have purchased thus far. It has three different levels, and a "help" in slow motion for more explanation. It's more difficult than the DVD hosted by Ashley, Max and Kym, but it's a lot of fun. It does perhaps lack the warmth of that one--which is charming, but simpler. This one has really helped me tone, esp. my lower body and core.

Dancing Like the Pros

The product is great. I wish it incorperated some individual steps rather than focusing only on partner work. It was also a little hard to follow at times because they instruct facing towards you. Overall the combinations are fun to do and can be difficult at times but if it were easy it wouldnt look as good.
