There is a mix of finishes: matte or pearl (shimmer), and all are quite lovely! I especially love that the black is matte, and the browns are just perfect. The whites can be more pigmented, but perhaps if used wet they could appear brighter. All in all, I love this palette, and for the price, it's worth so much more!
