![]() Lonesome Dove $19.95 This is the way this movie was shot. It was released in theaters overseas, so the aspect ration was probably 1:6/1. This is great. Unfortunately, the sound still is pretty thin. The dialogue can be so mid-rangey that it is hard to understand. Best western there is next to The Searchers. ![]() A Book of Photographs from Lonesome Dove (Wittliff Gallery of Southwestern and Mexican Photography) $45.00 This is an inspriation to anyone who loves photography and who loved "Lonesome Dove" which I do both!!!! I found this book at a very pricey shop and was delighted to find it on Amazon for half the price!!! Thank you! ![]() Comanche Moon $14.94 This film is very disappointing. What I really disliked about it is all of the characters live missed up lives, I know it was hard living back then but still....I hated the fact that all of the females were prostitutes and one woman drove me crazy...god, she kept inviting men to her house and.....well no need to say any more on that subject. The story was also not very interesting. It seemed to have holes in many places and I was confused by some of the story telling. So to sum things up, Sam Raimi's "The Quick and the Dead" is a much better western then this disappointing film. ![]() Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years $19.99 My family have watched the newer Lonesome Dove. It was nice to see what had lead up to the ones done with Robert Duvall and Tommy Lee Jones. If you enjoyed the newer ones you must see where the story evolved from. |
