This is one of the better films spoofed by Mystery Science Theater 3000. Now don't get me wrong, this is not a great film by any means... its just not as bad as some people might think. The version on MST3K is a 5 star masterpiece, but they also cheat a bit, the version you see there is a chopped up version edited for content and laughs that has plot holes the size of The Grand Canyon. My only problem is that I can never watch the regular version without thinking of the spoofed version. The geniuses from MST3K have forever ruined my my my my mitchell.

I bought this video for my mom at a video store close-out sale last Christmas. We did the workout together nearly every day for the 2 weeks I was there (to add some light cardio after doing Kathy Smith's lower body workout video), and it was just great. A very beautiful setting, and soothing in tone. I also liked the wide age- and size range of the women in the video. They do a great job of introducing the steps so that my mom could do all of the moves correctly, and the pacing and cueing are impeccable. Mom would stop after the first couple of segments, and I would finish it. While it may be a little too easy for the intermediate or advanced, it's very nice for someone starting out/getting back into exercising, or for pairing with a strengthening workout. I've tried to find a copy of this video for myself, but unfortunately it is out of print.
