I have hard time adjusting the time to my time zone. I didn't realize that I have to turn the dial train first before I can pull it out to adjust the time.  Hellboy Animated (Limited Edition 2-Pack with Figurine) $34.97 The description of the figurine does not match the figure that we received. Twice it was sent wrongly to us. In the description, it is clearly stated that the Hellboy should be smoking a Cigar, but the 2 figurines that we received were without. The first time we received the wrong figurine, we had immediately written to Amazon informing them of the error. We gotten assurances from them stating that the next figurine sent to us, will have the said Cigar on the Hellboy, as shown in the description and photos. However to our dismay, the 2nd Hellboy is still wrong!! When written to them again, on the 2nd wrong 2ellboy, we were told that the correct Hellboy is out of stock and had prompted refunded us the money without our consent. Is this pushing responsibility on Amazon's part? By simply refunding us the moneys and an email to ask us to return the wrong items, the matter is considered settled? In our previous emails, we had stated that the Hellboy is meant to be a gift, and we had ordered in a month ago, yet, we had nothing to show for it, except for a bunch of emails and excuses. |
