First of all, the book needs to be read in its entirety. It will help you get ready mentally and prepare you to not be surprised with some of the symptoms that come with detoxification. I probably did not suffer some of the dizziness or headaches since I have detoxified with other methods. But I still lost a dress size after my third day. I walked a mile and jogged a mile (this is just for me personally) and did not feel fatigued and was able to sleep soundly at night. I made sure to follow the directions and drank from 6 to 12 glasses of the lemonade drink. I drank water and had the recommended teas noted in the book. It is all about following the directions that will help you be successful with God's help.
