This dictionary is great. It is very accessible and has many words that no law school student or lawyer can understand. Provides examples and makes its fun to just pick up and read and learn something new. for the price compared to blacks dictionary this is a great substitute and a great bargain.

This book is perhaps the best of the intro to law books out there. I haven't read very many of those but I've skimmed through a number of them. So take my claim for what it's worth. I would also recommend this to soon to be 1L's.

I wasn't really expecting that much when I got Quicken Legal Business Pro and I was pleasantly surprised. I come from a family of lawyers and I wasn't sure what to think about a program that claims that it can do all the things a lawyer can. I learned that while it can't really replace a lawyer, it can certainly save you a lot of money if you know what you're doing.

Quicken Legal Business Pro has a great selection of forms that will help you get a business going. It is really helpful for filling out taxes and might even be worth it just for that. I found that I'll use Quicken for my taxes, saving me a lot of time and money. It's got a lot of other things packed into it and is definitely worth the money.

I would hesitate using this program as a substitution for an actual lawyer if you are trying to start a business. The forms can be very confusing if you don't know what you are doing. This program should serve as a supplementary resource to your needs. It can really help you fill out paperwork and can save you from having to use a lawyer to do things you could do yourself. At only forty dollars this is definitely a two thumbs up software for your legal needs.

I bought this product primarily to work on contracts for my employees. With the advertising around you would expect that, however contracts are limited to independent contractors only. So for my employees it is useless, it only includes amendments to their contracts. Everything I NEED is provided by a link to NOLO to buy another product. The few useful forms for a small business owner are well done, but overall needs more useful contracts and forms rather than links to spend more money. I will definitely return this.
