![]() Strengths-Based Leadership $24.95 need to make sure you are not disturbed when you take the test as you cannot retake it. I would periodically like to retake the test to see whether I change over time but I don't think it will provide enough information for me to buy another book in order to take it again. I thought the survey was reasonably spot on. 4 out of my 5 strengths I got correct from reading the book and the fifth one it chose for me would have been my number 6th strength. The report is very positive and one you would be happy to share with anyone. I am just not sure how it will help me improve or be a better leader but if all of your team members undertake it then you will be able to work together far more effectively. ![]() Primal Leadership: Learning to Lead with Emotional Intelligence $18.00 This was a good good for a student to do their research on leadership from a primal example. ![]() Monday Morning Leadership: 8 Mentoring Sessions You Can't Afford to Miss $14.95 This is a great book with some new thoughts and ideas to use at the office. ![]() The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable (J-B Lencioni Series) $24.95 Being a fable, "The Five Disfunctions of a Team" is easy to read and really holds your interest. The characters are well developed and so much like those we interact with day to day. This makes the applications so much clearer. What I found very helpful was how the author seperates differences in personality and working styles from disfunctions. After the story there is also tools for analyzing and addressing your team. This book is very helpful. |
