I bought this for my 3 daughters, and not only do they hate it, but I also listened to it with them before bed and after they had all fallen asleep (not b/c of the tape, just a coincidence) there is a silent pause and then BAM! loud music starts playing from out of nowhere. So I had to scramble to turn the CD off so it wouldn't wake my kids up! The woman's voice is not very soothing. I do not recommend this to anyone trying to relax or fall asleep.

Don't want to give away the movie, but it is about a young lady and her experiences in a mental institution. It was well done and interesting if you like human interest drama. I liked the movie.
