I have been using Jonathan "Dirt" product for that last few years. My hair is baby fine and straight, no ooomph at all. Left to it's own devices, it would lay flat to my head. I hate "hairspray" hard hair and have tried a million other products to no avail. I just take a little dot of this amazing product, fluff up my hair with it and finish with a very fine spray. My hair has volume and is bouncy all day. I have no idea what the magic is to this stuff, but it is truly amazing. One of the best hair products I have ever found, bar none.

I like Dirt Texturizing Paste so much that when I'm using one jar, I always have another, unopened one ready when the first jar runs out. This product lasts a LONG time, though, so it's a very frugal buy. The scent is a light vanilla-almond when you first put it in and the scent dissipates after a while so unless someone gets REALLY close to you, no one will detect it. I use very little of it which, I think, is the mark of a good product. I have slightly longer than shoulder length hair, wavy (if I let it dry by itself), thick, and VERY uncooperative. Whether I let it be natural, curl it more, or straighten it, I use Dirt to tame it down. Just a little rubbed on my fingers and then "pinched" lightly throughout my (layered) hair, and my hair looks just the way I want it to look. Flyaways and unruly hair problems are solved right away. If I can trust the online info, it also does not contain animal products and is not tested on animals. I hope that's true. I recommend it highly, and wouldn't want to be without it.
