This movie is superb - tightly written, directed, and acted. And very, very disturbing because of its subject matter. Contrary to what some reviewers have suggested, the story is more complicated than just a group of journalists exploiting a series of killings. They actually ARE trying to do the right thing and identify the killer, they just want to profit from doing it by getting a huge TV exclusive. And when they unintentionally muck things up, the film ending makes very clear the price that is paid (and by whom) after the journalists decide whether to save their own reputations and careers or expose just exactly how they botched things up. I think the most disturbing question the film leaves us with is: would we have done differently?

Im mostly into hilariously comedy movies like any of mel brooks's movies and this is far my most favorite movie. John leguizamo was a laughing riot of bugs bunny in this movie who will make alot of people laugh out loud til they cry and jefferey jones was more like elmer fudd even the plot is so wacky AKA bugs bunny meets ace ventura.

If your into wacky movies like ace ventura then this movie is for you.

I have loved John Leguizamo's works ever since I saw Freak, more than ten years ago. Then there was Sexaholix, which surpassed Freak in all ways. At the beginning of August, I was privileged to see John perform his newest work live. It was incredible! The man has a way of transporting you and showing you the amusing nonsense which all humans employ to get by on a day to day basis. His characterizations are stunning, his insights funny and beautiful, and above all that, I've now learned that he's a humble and kind man, genuinely interested in the people who come to see him and their experiences. I was a huge fan before I met him and saw him live, and I'm an even bigger one now!

Empire is a really good movie about a notorious drug lord attempting to leave the drug world behind to provide for his wife and son. It combines the elements of scarface, Blow, and Carlitos way into one. The movie is really good alot of fighting scenes and shooting scenes. Plus there are alot of deleted scenes not shown on tv or theater.
