I have to say it wasn't as good as I remembered, sounded a bit tinny to me. I guess memories fade with time!  Women's Health: Train for Your Body Type $14.98 It's been a while since I used this DVD. I purchased two others at the same time, and this one has just collected dust. If I recall, I did not find it to be "low impact" friendly.  10 Minute Solution: Knockout Body Workout Kit w/Weighted Gloves $24.97 I'm definitely not fit, I've only just started routinely working out, and this DVD is so much fun. I easily get irritated by some video instructors and the 'over peppiness' they can bring, but Jessica is a fantastic instructor and I plan to purchase more of her DVD's soon. The gloves are so cute and they really add to the workout, especially when it comes to her balancing moves. I am in no way coordinated, but after doing the workouts a couple times she's easy for even me to follow. You'll get some major cardio in this one, I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a balanced and fun workout in their collection! |
