This is a solid foundational of modern uses and abuses of various PI tools.

It shows what many have watched for years, that a sociopath or character disordered person, can play a wide range of games and spend thier time not helping anyone, but merely letting thier life drain away mining to stalk.

Of course, this allows one to use a few tools to quickly ID and find out information of harassing dark hateful souls. Or better yet, just have a veteran PI, like a former FBI agent spend an hour finding for you. After 1000x, they do faster. Or so I am told.

More advanced sociopaths or personality disordered people have techniques for easy identity theft and how to take over personalities, and the niave do not realize anyone can take over YOUR credit card names and address with a single call and one search. Such actions require an experience PI to ID and no retailer or corporation has time to do credibly--unless serious $ or valuable proprietary ideas are involved for thier bottom line.

Advanced computer technology skills allow for easy alteration of Computer ID and Server's. This book is not at that level. But it is required as a stepping stone for these and other games the intelligence services and computer trained PI's can and do understand.
