They are special motors designed to turn when real power is consumed. However, reactive power consumed will not register on these meters, and this causes the misconception. 2- Conservation of energy prevents defying gravity without putting an equal amount of energy! If something is lifted up high in the air it will acquire potential energy. This potential energy must come from somewhere. Tesla coils don't consume enough electrical energy to justify the operation of UFOs. Check (EVIDENCE-the case for NASA UFOs) for a more plausible explanation.
