![]() Ice Cube's Greatest Hits (Explicit) $9.49 Ya, it didn't have all his greatest hits, but what artist puts all his greatest hits on one album. He did what he wanted to do. He put out an album and made his money. Think about it. You are a big time artist like Ice Cube and you have 25 big singles in your career. If you release an album with all of them, then nobody will ever buy any of your records again. So by putting out an album with 20 good tracks and some of them being his biggest hits, you get a taste of everything in his career, not just what made it on MTV. So I give this album a THUMBS UP. ![]() Death Certificate $11.94 This album had catchy songs and substance. Gangster raps and social awareness. It actually gets better over time. Every song is unique and different. One of the best parts of this record is that Ice Cube waited till the very end, after he had done his business to drop what is arguably the greatest diss answer track of all time on NWA. ![]() Tovolo Perfect Cube Silicone Ice Cube Trays, Set of 2, Dark Blue $14.99 Perfect cubes....if you can get them out. My husband pushes them out with his thumb, but some of us ladies have long thumbnails. Takes both hands to put refilled trays back in the freezer due to balancing act of its flexability. They are definitely not worth the price. ![]() AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted $11.94 Yes, it's true, Ice Cube's "AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted" is one of the 5 best rap records ever. The other four in not particular order are, BDP "Criminal Minded", De La Soul, " 3 Feet High And Rising", Public Enemy, "It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back" and NWA "Straight Outta Compton. Now, this is no disrespect to HOVA and all the 90's and current stuff but those records were monumental in influence and artistry. Those 5 albums gave birth to the current styles of hip-hop. AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted is the perfect marriage of east/west coast textures, it's true rap fusion! Lyrically devastating and rhythmically chaotic, it's Ice Cube's "Songs In The Key of Life" or "Sing O' The Times". The album made him a true legend. |
