Something about this CD makes me smile. The musical theme spans a fresh terrain full of contrasting emotions - deliciously buoyant harmonies to sublime melancholy without ever losing its musical center. I guess it strictly qualifies as "electro-pop". Its simply a great collaboration of gifted musicians. I really like the way Cari's vocals blends in with the rhythms and flushes out the melodies. To be honest, several of these tracks are some of the most enjoyable I've heard during 2007. Thanks to KVRX local Univ. of Texas radio for introducing me to this unique band. Enjoy!

I have read and re-read this book many times and I think it is excellent. I'm using the book with an Alexander Technique teacher to help with carpal tunnel and relaxing while I play and I think it has been helping. The instrument that I play is bagpipes and I compete around the country with them. That said, a lot of the musical exercises I've had to adapt for my instrument. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. Good luck.
