This amp is a great deal. It has far more features than other, more expensive amps that were recommended to me as a beginner. It's still plenty loud. In fact, even at its lowest volume, it's a bit too loud for someone like me who wants to practice in their apartment without pissing off roommates or getting evicted. Fortunately, the headphone jack on this amp makes my electric guitar all but silent, so I can play whatever I please.

I came into this book a bit blind. I've read most of the Drizzt books, but not the cleric quintet, so I was a bit clueless about Cadderly and his ilk. It didn't matter, though, as Salvatore does a great job weaving the disparate stories together into a cohesive tale of cooperation to defeat a greater foe. While the storyline may be similar to the standard "enemies come together to beat a bigger foe," the level of humanism and care for the fallen brethren of the group makes for an excellent read. While most fantasy and sci-fi books are nonstop dakka or choppy, this book spends some time discussing the relationships and putting feeling behind why the characters act the way they do.

This was a quick read, due to the driven plot and consistent action with multiple groups fighting toward the same cause. I enjoyed it and highly recommend for any fantasy book fans. The writing style and storyline are great.
