I would have to say that this game is better than the other two. You have the option of upgrading customized weapons by earning cash from completed missions. If you destroy everything in sight you earn less cash. Less cash means you can't get the upgrades for your weapons. In the advanced stages there is "impacting evidence" that can count against you (not to mention everyone becomes suspicious of you because there is more evidence to incriminate you from previous missions). There is more incentive to do missions effectively. Great game for the money.

this is an awesome game. it is much more complicated and real than the first two. i do have to warn that this game is extremely violent. even more than the first two. you can walk around christmas parties dressed as a guest or you can walk around and execute sexy women while they are down on their knees begging you not to shoot them. the graphics are sick. honestly, this is the only reason that i still have my old xbox still.
