![]() HALO 2009 Wave 2 - Series 5 Equipment Edition Halo Weapons Pack $12.99 good collection of spare/additional weapons for your McFarlane Halo figures....... the assortment could be more diverse, and have more weapons... but for what it is, it's perfect. here's hoping for another weapon pack release.... with MORE!! good stuff.... my recommendation.... ![]() Halo 3 $39.99 Halo 1 was an awesome new experience. Halo 2 was added a little but was more about online multi-player and wasn't as awe inspiring for a solo campaign. Halo 3's solo campagn is even less fresh and exciting in my opinion. Regardless all 3 are very well polished and very well done. For me, I had no "wow" moments at all in the Halo 3 solo campaign. It should have a very deep multi-player aspect that rounds it out and makes the game great I'm sure. But from a solo campaign, it isn't living up to the once fresh experience of Halo 1. If you love online multi-player, this game is probably for you. If you loved Halo 2, you probably would love Halo 3. If you are only looking for the solo campaign, it is a very well polished average campaign. ![]() Halo: Evolutions: Essential Tales of the Halo Universe $14.99 When humanity expanded beyond the safety of Earth to new stars and horizons, they never dreamed what dangers they would encounter there.? This collection holds eleven stories that dive into the depths of the vast Halo universe, not only from the perspective of those who fought and died to save humanity, but also those who vowed to wipe humanity out of existence. ![]() Halo 2009 Wave 3 - Series 6 ODST Soldier The Rookie $10.99 I got this item for my 12 yr. old daughter. She has been collecting Halo figures for years and must have a dozen+. I picked this up at our local Toys-r-Us along with some other Halo figures and this one was by far the WORST. All the joints were locked up and the shoulder armor immediately popped off. The fingers were so poorly molded that it was nearly impossible to fit the weapon. No sooner do I get the gun in his hand and hand it back to her for inspection, the arm snaps off. We were aghast! Not only that, this figure is slightly smaller than the Spartans and we joked that maybe the Rookie gets fed less. At least we got a laugh out of the experience. I took it back and was glad that I didn't save it for Christmas. I'm even more happy about the fact that I paid $11.99 for it because I see it now on Amazon for nearly twice as much. I also took back the Mongoose with Mark IV because his elbow kept swinging a 360. |
