It has room for lots of people to sign. The only draw back is that the only artwork was on the cover. I guess I expected a sketch occasionally throughout the book. There are appropriate quotes related to homes and guests on every 6-8 pages. It is still a very nice book, just a little less than what I had hoped for. 13 signatures per page roughly 85 pages.
