![]() The Princess Bride (20th Anniversary Edition) $14.98 Great movie for the whole family. A classic. Intelligently entertaining with lots of lines you'll never forget. ![]() Groundhog Day $19.95 An excellent turn by Bill Murray carries the film. Andie McDowell, while an attractive model, does not display strong acting chops here. She is runover by the Murray star vehicle. Decent supporting cast with Chris Elliot, Brian Doyle Murray, Steven Tobolsky and others round out the picture. With Murray's patented mugging and fish out of water character stuck in the same day, in the same place ad infitinum it could have been quite tedious to watch, but as he relived the same day over and over there was a growth in his character's humanity. Perhaps a kind of pergatory for his lack of humanity. Reminded me of being stuck in Carlisle, Pa. in the snow and having been told to stay just another day or two on an assignment. I find it an enjoyable screwball comedy. ![]() Groundhog Day/Ghostbusters/Stripes $24.95 back when bill murray was funny not the serious actor meant for great roles he thinks he has become. ![]() Groundhog Day (Special Edition) $14.94 An excellent turn by Bill Murray carries the film.
