This DVD is very good for someone who is a 10 Handicap and above. Hank Haney does an excellent job of explaining some hard-core fundamentals that must be understood and executed if one is to improve their overall game and have a repeatable swing. The driver segment is the best because he focuses a lot on swing plane which is a must for good golf shots. If you order this video--you are NOT wasting money. Again, he does an excellent job with showing you what he is trying to convey. He uses a lot of good examples when he talks about 'method'. Even his short game segment is good in this video. He talks about the flop, pitch, chip, and bump-and-run shots for various shots which everyone faces. However, if you want more "in-depth" complex information on the swing, Hanks new book is a "must-read": I believe it is called the "Essentials of the Swing". Basically his new book compliments a lot of what makes up this video. Again, this video is well done and very well executed for the player who wants to hit better shots not only down the fairway, but also around the greens.

I've owned/used NYX glasses for several years. I got this set for my wife. The style is a bit different from the one I have, and we were puzzled at first as to how to interchange lens (on mine, it's easy; on her's, it's different and a bit more complicated). I wish a simple set of instructions had come with it. But our teenage son solved the puzzle and now we know. Otherwise, this is a great product and value. My wife uses her glasses for tennis. I use mine for tennis officiating.
