![]() DigiTech GNXFC Foot Controller $69.95 The DigiTech GNXFC lets you simultaneously use the recorder and floor processor portions of the GNX3TM Guitar Workstation and BNX3 BassWorkstation. The three footswitches on the GNXFC operate the Stop/Undo, Record and Play transport controls of the Workstations' built-in digital 8-track recorders. This lets you use the GNX3 and BNX3s footswitches for quick preset changes while recording different tracks. The GNXFC Foot Controller connects to the GNX3 or BNX3 with a single cable, which is included. ![]() DigiTech GNX3 Guitar Multi Effects Pedal and Multitrack Recorder $719.95 The GNX3 is an awesome companion to playing live. I've used it with my acoustic guitar going out straight into a direct box. I've also used it in conjunction with my Marshall head going through my 4x12 cabinets. This unit has in it everything I used to have in my rack setup and so much more. The tones are extrememly diverse, and very customizable. The presets cover a really broad range, and if there's anything you want to add, you can. I set the pedals to the range of songs I will most likely play in a set so I can easily change between effects without having to do excessive scrolling. I just have to hit the pedal I've set to move from effect to effect. The built-in tuner adds value to the unit since a tuner that mutes when you're tuning is essential when playing live. I haven't used the built-in recorder or used it for recording as of yet, but I don't see any reason why it would not deliver for either. Value is great, features are great. I only wish I had this thing when I was in my prime. ![]() DigiTech GNX3000 Multi Effect Pedal $599.95 This little unit puts out big sound. I was amazed at some of the models. Plus with the warping feature, you can invent an almost limitless number of amps. The effects are crystal clear and plugging a mic into the unit is a nice feature for a relatively simple recording setup. While there is some latency when switching between presets, I've never tried a multi-effects processor that didn't do that. Plus, you have the ability to go into a preset, switch the unit to stomp box mode and turn on/off the presets effects individually which would be more than I'd need for live gigging. The drum machine sounds pretty good too. I like that they have a good number of 4/4 rock beats and don't waste presets on things like sambas and rhumbas. Oh, and it also has presets specifically for plugging a bass in. Nice, again, for recording. The only thing I would say is an issue is the install of the software. It is not very Vista friendly. I had to go in and change the compatability mode for the executables to Windows XP (right click, properties, compatability). ![]() Digitech PSS3-120 Power Supply for GNX2, GNX3, GNX3000, GNX4, J-Station $49.95 output: 9VAC 2.1A; polarity: N/A (AC output).
