I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item from the person selling out of Hong Kong. You wait weeks for it, and then if the thing doesn't work, you're out of luck (and a few dollars). Neither of my remotes worked. All I received as customer support was an email reiterating the instructions for use. Not very helpful.

I had one of these when I was a kid and since I'm trying to make myself feel younger lately I figured I'd get one to bring me back. It's very entertaining watching the balls get lifted every minute and go through the canals and participate in the balancing act that is this clock! But beware, it gets stuck every once in a while and it's rather noisy (which it seems others in the house are not appreciative of, but doesn't bother me) -- like clanking marbles every minute.. Fun Toy!

I have had this product for a year and a half, and it makes me more confident when running alone. I also carry mace. Should anyone try to bother me, the alarm is loud enough to at least scare someone since it would draw attention. I use the light, too, when running in the dark. I like this product!
