![]() Ace Ventura Deluxe Double Feature (Pet Detective / When Nature Calls) $19.98 this movie is great. keeps you laughing the whole time. fills you with 1-liners to say over and over again for the next few weeks! you wont regret this movie. i always find myself watching it whenever i need a good laugh ![]() Exhibit A $9.98 In brief, this is a band people should hear. I was introduced to them by the Kings of Leon when they toured together. I heard them for the first time at that concert and bought Exhibit A immediately. I don't like to compare bands, so I won't but, if you like Garage bands you'll probably like The Features. Great lyrics, turn it up LOUD. ![]() Triple Feature $11.98 It's about time these albums where sold as 1. For years now the albums here have been added to single disc and 2 disc compilations, and every time it has happened, it just made me wonder why they don't just put the 3 discs into one package. Now they finally have done it. For the price of one album, you get the three great hard rock albums from Alice Cooper between 1989 and 1994. With the smash hit Poison and many other great tunes that if you like poison, you will find you will love other tracks from 1989's Trash, 1991's Hey Stoopid and 1994's Last Temptation. A bit of trivia about the first two albums, they feature guest performances on certain songs by rock legends such as Ozzy Osbourne, Stephen Tyler, Bon Jovi, Slash, Nikki Syxx, Joe Perry and many more, including Steve Vai and Joe Satriani teaming up for the first time to deliver a killer solo for the song made famous in Waynes World, "Feed My Frankinstien" These 3 albums are each 4 to 5 star albums. So for the price of all 3 for 1, you are getting a great deal if you do not own these albums yet. ![]() Some Kind Of Salvation $9.49 I happened to run across the video of "Lions" when I visited the Kings of Leon website. Boy am I glad I did! I often search for new discoveries in music and rarely find anything I would actually purchase. "Some Kind of Salvation" is a definite exception. There is not a single song on this disc that I don't like (another rarity!), well except the bonus song "Mosiss Tosiss" which is available when the disc is purchased through iTunes. At first listen I didn't care for "Gates of Hell" because it has a slow start and I never bothered to listen to the whole song. Once it gets going though it really is great although too short. My personal favorites are: Temporary Blues, All I Ask and Baby's Hammer. The only problem with this disc is that it isn't long enough! Some Kind of Salvation is certainly a salvation to the ears compared to the mainstream junk they crowd the airwaves with. Highly recommended!! |
