 Dora the Explorer: Dora's Christmas Carol Adventure $19.99 This is a double-length feature, and well-done. However, it is only this one episode, instead of the usual four, or in the case of double-length features, 2 bonus regular length episodes are included. The normal fee for 4 episodes (or 1 long and 2 shorts) seems to be in place though, and hence the reason for my low rating. Wait for your library to get this one instead of purchasing it; not a good deal at all, IMHO.  Explorer (DK Eyewitness Books) $15.99 I was really impressed by this book on exploration. It takes exploration from the travels of the Phoenicians so many years ago right up to the current space exploration of today. It is very through and kids will get a better picture about exploration than they would normally get. I thought they would enjoy it very much.
